1. JOB DESCRIPTION

 - Build and manage a business team (3-6 people).

 - Ensuring the working process of sales staff reaches maximum efficiency.

 - Make monthly, quarterly and annual business plans of the team and submit them to the Sales Director for consideration.

 - Review and evaluate the working results of each sales staff for the monthly and weekly plans.

 - Responsible for the overall performance of the team and of each subordinate employee.

 - Deploy the sales plan of the department to ensure that KPI is achieved.

 - Maintaining relationships and customer care.

 - Track business indicators, make periodic / irregular business reports.  

2. JOB REQUIREMENTS

- Priority candidates with sales experience in the field of pharmacy, cosmetics.

- Having passed the practice of managing the sales department for 2 years or more, having at least 1 year of experience in the same position.

- Knowledge of sale and marketing.

- Good communication, good negotiating ability, persuasion.

- Ability to manage groups.

- Be able to bear sales pressure.
